How sad as I'm sitting here thinking to myself, so I decided to put this on the internet so that at least there will be something. :D I am laying here up because I have drank a wonderful sundrop slushie that contains caffeine and in these moments I wonder what God is trying to say to us. I have always dealt with having a consistent time with God each day. People always say, "Consistency is the Key" but that is the most difficult thing for me to master. So the majority of times when I spend long periods of time with God are on nights like these. I have good and bad days but God always makes either better. I encourage you then when you have times like I do. When you get your second wind, when you have that extra burst of energy, when you become restless, find your peace in God. Find your rest, find your comfort, find your companionship, but also find your majestic Lord who desires to speak to you. This is definitely not the really cool devotional I was hoping to find but, it's a simple reminder to me that we should not be so consumed in our wants and needs that we let God slip from our memory.
