Clearly Cloudy...

In this world it is so clear that we are just a big group of messed up people.

God is plain enough. It is evident that we are lost. We are wading through the murky waters trying to detect the line between the truth and a lie.

We must trust God to lead us out of these foggy times, through the clouds of confusion. And look to what he has made clear, his attributes, his power and his nature. One very smart young lady told me once, "Don't tell God how big your storm is, Tell the storm how big your God is." God has made it plain to us. We have no excuse. He is clearly seen through the storm. Look past the storm. Look past the fog. Look past the clouds. Because it's so clearly cloudy in the land of the gray.

College Here I come !!!

Well, My mommy and i went to look for an Easter dress and possibly a Jr/Sr dress and look what we found !!! ----------------> We ended up getting everything for about $32 and I looked it up online today and it's all worth over $220 !!!! YAY !!!!!! i was so excited, so now i'm all set for college !!!!

Ok I'm really doing it this time...

Ok, i'm going to actually try to post on my blog, despite how infrequent it may be, i'm going to try to keep it updated. So as an update, i was officially accepted into the music program at North Greenville University. As a senior, school is getting pretty crazy. There's AP Exams, Jr/Sr (which I still don't have a dress for yet), school aution, college housing form, scholarship applications, and stuff for this summer. But Senior year has been great so far, i'm really excited about college and what God holds for the rest of the time i have here at home.

However, i can't help but laugh at myself when i think back on all the crazy freak accidents that have happened in about the last month. i'll start at the very beginning (which is a very good place to start :D ). First, my mother and i ran into an armed robber in our driveway, then a drunk guy showed up at our front door at 2am. One morning we had a fender bender in our front yard and then i got into my first class at school and we were on lockdown. Then there's this past week, First, my cake spit on me. Then i tried to get my phone at the park and the invisible mud hole swallowed my flip-flop (and tried to get my foot, but i didn't let it) and then i tried to wash off all the mud and i stuck my hand in spider webs and the leak in the hose spewed water in my face ! That was on Sunday, then on Tuesday, i cut my tounge on a blowpop and on Wed. i got hit in the head by a paper airplane i made. Then there's the all time best TODAY !!! i was at church leaning up against the wall and hugged someone and bam the strap on my easter dress i got yesterday pops off. Thankfully i found some safty pins in the children's class and had some wonderful people help pin me back up. That's all the freak accidents so far. I just can't help but laugh at myself !!!!!

i'm really thankful for the way God has been provideing and guideing this whole year. And how he has been adding little crazy things in my life to give me a good laugh !
