Come, thou Fount of every blessing,
tune my heart to sing thy grace;
streams of mercy, never ceasing,
call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
sung by flaming tongues above.
Praise the mount! I'm fixed upon it,
mount of thy redeeming love.
Here I raise mine Ebenezer;
hither by thy help I'm come;
and I hope, by thy good pleasure,
safely to arrive at home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
wandering from the fold of God;
he, to rescue me from danger,
interposed his precious blood.
O to grace how great a debtor
daily I'm constrained to be!
Let thy goodness, like a fetter,
bind my wandering heart to thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
prone to leave the God I love;
here's my heart, O take and seal it,
seal it for thy courts above.

Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing
Over at Mountain View one of my good buddies really wanted to do a old hymn called "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing" because he had met with God on many occasions through it but he felt like to work really well in our congregation it would be really awesome to have a little chorus between verses. I researched the writer and the song itself and prayed for God to give me the right words. I began trying out some different thoughts and then began to think of the main theme of the song and it's message. That is when I penned down the words: "Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Redeeming love and grace shall be my everlasting song to thee" I really felt a peace afterward like that was the right words at the time at least for me. So here is the complete lyrics of the hymn with out my little chorus.
